HOT DOG - YOGA HIIT!
Ready to sweat?
High-Intensity Interval training (HIIT) with yoga-inspired moves to increase your Strength, Flexibility, Endurance and Core.
HOTDOG is initiated with mobility movement escalating into a heart pumping standing series.
Emphasising on a variety of Downward (Hot) Dog Movements… the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath.
All levels are welcome to join this vigorous practice in finding one's state of flow!
